The directors of Javelin Partners, Robert Gould and Mark Kendrew, have many years of private equity experience. Both are chartered accountants with extensive and varied experience of private business in their roles as venture capitalists, non-executive directors, chief financial officers, management consultants and personal investors.
Their experience spans fast growth companies developing applied technologies, trading and manufacturing concerns and businesses that are "financially challenged". Both Robert and Mark have considerable overseas experience in the UK, EU, US and India.

Fees
Javelin Partners' fees schedule is based on the prevailing market rates. Fees comprise either:

• an hourly rate for evaluation and due diligence assignments; or
• a retainer and a success fee for transactions involving the raising of funds or the disposal of business assets.
